  • Margostery may charge a transaction fee.
  • Payments will be processed by third-party providers.
  • Creators are responsible for their own tax obligations.

8. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
  • Users may delete their account at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

Margostery is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
